THE MEMBERSHIP SERVICE
1.1 By purchasing an MYT Membership, you gain immediate access to MYT's proprietary educational content, community features, resources, and any other benefits associated with your membership tier at the time of purchase.
1.2 Your membership begins as soon as your initial payment is successfully processed.
1.3 MYT currently offers the following membership plans:
- AAA Membership (6-month): £290, billed every 6 months, renewing automatically.
- AAA Membership (12-month): £580, billed annually, renewing automatically.
1.4 Membership is for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing access credentials is not permitted.
-
BILLING AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
2.1 All MYT memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period to ensure uninterrupted access to the platform.
2.2 You will be charged the applicable membership fee on or around the same calendar date each period (every 6 months or 12 months, depending on your chosen plan), using the payment method on file.
2.3 Payments are processed securely by Stripe. MYT does not store your full card details.
2.4 Renewal Reminder: MYT will send you an automatic reminder email 7 days before your membership renewal date, to the email address registered on your account. This reminder is provided as a courtesy to give you time to review your membership or cancel before renewal. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address on your account is current and that renewal reminder emails are not filtered to your spam or junk folder. Receipt of this reminder is not required for a renewal charge to be valid.
2.5 Price Changes: MYT reserves the right to adjust membership pricing. Any price change will be communicated by email to your registered address at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of your membership after a price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
2.6 If a payment fails, MYT may make further attempts to collect payment. If payment cannot be collected, your access to the platform may be suspended or your membership cancelled.
-
CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Member Responsibility: It is your sole responsibility to manage your membership and cancel it if you do not wish to be renewed. The automatic renewal system runs on a set schedule and cannot be manually interrupted once a billing date has passed.
3.2 How to Cancel: You may cancel your membership at any time by:
(a) Logging in to your account at transition.studio and cancelling through your account dashboard; or
(b) Emailing support@transition.studio with a clear request to cancel.
3.3 Cancellation Deadline: To avoid being charged for a further billing period, your cancellation must be completed or your email received at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of a renewal date cannot be guaranteed to be processed before the charge is applied.
3.4 Access After Cancellation: When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of the current paid period. You will not be charged again, and you will retain full access to the platform until that date.
3.5 Cancellations are not backdated. Cancelling mid-period does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of that period.
-
REFUND POLICY
4.1 Strict No-Refund Policy: All membership purchases and renewals are final and non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances set out in clause 4.3 below.
4.2 The following are not grounds for a refund:
(a) Forgetting to cancel before a renewal date. As set out in clause 2.4, MYT sends a 7-day advance renewal reminder email to give members adequate notice. Failure to act on this reminder does not give rise to a right to a refund.
(b) Deciding not to use the platform after purchase or renewal.
(c) Dissatisfaction with the content, unless MYT has failed to provide the service described at the time of purchase.
(d) Unused time remaining within a billing period after cancellation.
(e) Membership access revoked due to a breach of these Terms (see clause 6).
4.3 Exceptions: A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
(a) Technical double-billing — where the same billing period has been charged more than once due to a verified system error; or
(b) Verified system-wide technical failure — where MYT's platform was wholly inaccessible for a material portion of the billing period due to a fault on MYT's side, and MYT was unable to provide reasonable remedial access.
4.4 To request a refund under clause 4.3, you must contact support@transition.studio within 14 days of the charge in question, providing details of the issue. MYT will investigate and respond within a reasonable time.
4.5 This refund policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable UK consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.
-
INDIVIDUAL COURSES
5.1 MYT also offers individual courses available as one-time purchases at £9.99 each.
5.2 Individual courses provide lifetime access to the purchased course content.
5.3 Individual course purchases are non-refundable once access to the course material has been granted, which occurs immediately upon payment.
5.4 The same exception for technical double-billing in clause 4.3(a) applies to individual course purchases.
-
CONDUCT AND COMMUNITY STANDARDS
6.1 MYT is committed to maintaining a respectful, constructive, and professional community. All members are expected to conduct themselves accordingly.
6.2 Behaviour that MYT considers a violation of community standards includes, but is not limited to: harassment, abuse, or threatening language directed at other members or MYT staff; sharing, distributing, or reproducing MYT content without authorisation; and any unlawful activity carried out via the platform.
6.3 MYT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or permanently revoke a member's access without notice if MYT determines that a serious violation of these standards has occurred.
6.4 No Refund on Removal: If your membership access is revoked due to a conduct violation under this clause, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid, including any unused portion of the current billing period.
-
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 All content available on the MYT platform — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, audio content, course structures, branding, and community resources — is the intellectual property of MYT and Paul James Nolan, and is protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

7.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any MYT content without express written permission from MYT.
-
CHANGES TO THE SERVICE
8.1 MYT may, from time to time, update, modify, or remove content, features, or functionality of the platform. Where a significant change would materially reduce the value of your current paid membership, MYT will provide reasonable notice by email.
8.2 MYT reserves the right to discontinue the service entirely on reasonable notice.
-
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
9.1 MYT's platform is provided for educational and informational purposes. MYT does not guarantee any specific outcome, career result, or commercial success as a result of using the platform.
9.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, MYT's total liability to you in connection with your membership shall not exceed the total fees you have paid to MYT in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 MYT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes MYT's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
-
GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
